§ 32-68. Emergency situations.

Requirements of this article are intended for application for all planned construction and maintenance projects.

In the event of an emergency, as defined herein, notification of the emergency situation by telephone to the safety officer shall be sufficient notice. Such emergency situation shall not relieve the contractor or agency from the requirement to adhere to the basic barricading standards set forth in the manual.
