§ 32-69. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine not to exceed the limit set in section 1-7. Each day of such violation shall be considered a separate offense. Such penalty shall be cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies the city may have.
