All rates, fees, charges and other revenue derived from the sewer system shall be
separately accounted and shall be paid into the sewer system revenue fund as established
by the ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Authorizing the Construction of Additions,
Betterments and Improvements To The Existing Municipally Owned Sewer System of the
City of Galveston and Authorizing the Issuance of $2,700,000.00 Sewer System Revenue
Bonds and Providing for the Rights of the Holders Thereof," as adopted on May 7, 1953,
and amended June 8, 1953.
