§ 26-29. Officers and bylaws.

The park and recreation board shall elect a chairman. The director of parks and recreation shall serve as secretary to the board, but shall not have the right to vote on said board. The board shall adopt bylaws to govern its operation in cooperation with the city manager and the city council.
