§ 13-12. Definitions.

(a)

The term "municipality" as used in the fire prevention code shall be held to mean the City of Galveston.

(b)

The term "corporation counsel" as used in such code shall be held to mean the City of Galveston.

(c)

The term "fire official" or "fire code official" as used in such code shall be held to mean the fire marshal of the City of Galveston.

(d)

The term "department of fire prevention" as used in such code shall be held to mean the city fire marshal's office.
