§ 5.423. WEATHER OR BAIT FLAGS

A.

Limited Use Standards

1.

Provides information on weather conditions or type of bait available on premises.

2.

May display one flag for each weather condition.

3.

May display one flag for each available bait type.

4.

Each flag shall not exceed 4 square feet in area.

5.

Each flag shall be placed within premises and shall not extend beyond the private property.
