Limited Use Standards.
It is unlawful for any person to erect, attach, keep, have, or maintain any building
or structure beyond the property line thereof; on any awning, shed, or the supports
thereof; across any part of any sidewalk, street, or public rights-of-way within the
limits of the City; or any sign, streamer, advertisement, or banner without first
obtaining a sign permit that also addresses liability and indemnification of the City.
