§ 8-25. Designated public launch sites from the beach.

Designated public launch sites from the beach for motorized watercraft are hereby limited to the following areas:
(1)

Fifteen (15) yards east to fifteen (15) yards west from the line demarcating the western edge of East Beach Park.

(2)

From the posted "No Swimming" sign on the west side of the 29th Street jetty to one hundred (100) feet west of said point.

(3)

All designated public West End beach access areas.
