§ 3-29. Revocation of permit.

(a)

At any time prior to fifteen (15) days before the day of the beginning of the event, the city council may, after reasonable notice to the promoter and a hearing, revoke the permit on a finding by a majority of the council that the preparations for the event will not be completed in time for the beginning of the event and that the failure to carry out preparations will result in a serious threat to the health of the community or the persons attending the event.

(b)

A permit is irrevocable during the period between five (5) days before the day of the beginning of the event and the final day of the event.
