§ 3-23. Registration of promoters.

(a)

A promoter of a fly-in/air show shall register with the city manager.

(b)

The registration form must include:

(1)

The name and address of the promoter;

(2)

The names and addresses of the promoter's associates and employees who are assisting in the promotion of the fly-in/air show; and

(3)

A statement as to whether or not the promoter or any of his associates or employees have ever been convicted of any crime involving the misappropriation of funds, theft, burglary, or robbery.

(c)

A registration fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) must be submitted with the registration form.

(d)

The application must be verified by the promoter and be based on his best information and belief.
