§ 37-2. Vehicle tow service rotation license and heavy-duty vehicle tow service rotation license.

(a)

A current vehicle tow service rotation license or heavy-duty vehicle tow service rotation license issued by the city is required in order to be placed on the applicable rotation list.

(b)

A license fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall accompany all application forms.

(c)

If the company complies with all requirements, the rotation tag number shall be placed on the city's applicable rotation list.

(d)

Each licensee shall posses a separate rotation tag number.

(e)

Rotation tag numbers or city licenses may not be sold, leased, or otherwise transferred to any other person or business entity.

(f)

All rotation tag numbers and permits shall be valid for twelve (12) months from date of issuance.
