§ 36-180. User charge rates; base charge.

  • Residential, commercial, and industrial users shall pay a monthly sanitary sewer service charge based on the following rates per each one hundred (100) cubic feet of user's metered water consumption. For a monthly billing, the rate on the first five hundred (500) cubic feet or fraction thereof shall be eighteen dollars and nine cents ($18.09). For all water usage over five hundred (500) cubic feet, the billing rate shall be three dollars and sixty-three cents ($3.63) per each additional one hundred (100) cubic feet.
