§ 36-116. Master plan to serve west end of Galveston Island.

The document entitled "Master Plan Wastewater Facilities to Serve the West End of Galveston Island Prepared by Engineering Division Department of Public Works, December 1992," a certified copy of which has been placed on file in the offices of the city secretary, is hereby declared to be the official master plan pertaining to wastewater facilities to serve the west end of Galveston Island city and as such is to be and remain binding upon all development for the west end of Galveston Island from San Luis Pass to 7-Mile Road. Said master plan is enacted and incorporated into this Code to the same extent as though it were copied and repeated at length and verbatim herein.
