§ 35-23. Special provisions of operating authority.

This chapter governs the operation of taxicab, limousine, buses, shuttle, or pedicab service under each form of operating authority. This chapter, however, is not a limitation on the power of the director to incorporate in a grant of operating authority special provisions relating to the operation of the taxicab, limousine, bus, shuttle service, or pedicab under the grant. To the extent that a special provision conflicts with this chapter, the special provision controls.
