§ 35-21. Permit fees.

  • A holder of an annual permit of operating authority shall pay the city a permit fee of one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) a year for each taxicab, limousine, bus, shuttle, or pedicab authorized by the permit. A permit fee is payable in the manner prescribed by the taxicab inspector to the city cashier at the time that the vehicle successfully passes inspection and is awarded a decal.
