§ 34-241. Applicability.

Latest version.

(a)

This article shall only apply to the area designated by the land development regulations as the central business district.

(b)

All other areas outside of the central business district shall adhere to the city's license to use requirements.

(c)

This article shall not relieve any person from the duty to observe any other provisions of the City Code and/or state law.
