§ 34-104. Angled parking.

  • (a)

    The city manager or his/her designee shall determine upon what streets angled parking shall be permitted;

    (b)

    Angled parking shall not be indicated upon any federal or state highway within the city unless the state highway department has determined by resolution or order that the roadway is of sufficient width to permit angled parking without interfering with the free movement of traffic;

    (c)

    Angled parking shall not be indicated or permitted at any place where passing traffic would thereby be caused or required to drive upon the left side of the street.
