§ 33-25. Percentage of true value.

Latest version.

All property, real, personal and mixed, which is assessed and valued for ad valorem taxation by the city shall be assessed at one hundred (100) percent of its true value.

The provisions of this section will be superseded by the Property Tax Code, § 26.02, effective January 1, 1982, which also provides for a one hundred (100) percent assessment.
