§ 31-290. Appeal from denial or revocation of permit.

Appeal from denial or revocation of permit or from the decision of the city engineer or the public works department shall be to the city manager. Appeal shall be filed with the city manager within fifteen (15) days from the date of the decision being appealed. The city manager's decision shall be final.
