§ 31-199. Purposes not covered.

(a)

Resale. Service of gas under the schedule in section 31-198 shall be for the individual use of the consumer and may not be resold by such consumer.

(b)

Industrial user. The rates fixed shall be applicable to natural gas and service of natural gas for domestic and commercial purposes only and shall not be applicable to such natural gas and service for industrial purposes.
