§ 31-185. No duty to furnish gas to unsafe installations.

No gas consumer shall be entitled to demand or receive gas of any character so long as there may be upon the premises for which such supply is demanded any gas appliance which is of such construction or in such condition as to render it unsafe and unfit for the use of gas to be furnished.
