§ 31-32. Agreement for city to use.

Any company erecting poles under the provisions of this article shall, before obtaining a permit therefor, file an agreement in the office of the city engineer permitting the city to occupy and use free of charge a suitable crossarm or other part of any pole erected by such company for fire alarm, police or municipal telegraph or other electric wires.
