§ 30-238. Commercial, residential, and other properties.

(a)

Any person who owns or controls property is responsible for the installation, testing and repair of all backflow assemblies on their property. Both the owner and the renter have the responsibility of preventing contaminants and pollutants from entering the water supply system. In addition, all external faucets and hose bibs shall be protected by a hose bib vacuum breaker regardless of location.

(b)

All mobile home parks and recreational vehicle parks shall have a vacuum breaker installed on each hose bib connection to the individual home, RV, or trailer.
