§ 26-10. Compliance with article; ejection of violators.

Compliance with the provisions of this article is a condition of the continued use of public parks, playgrounds and esplanades of the city. Any person charged with the supervision and care of any park, playground or esplanade and all police officers shall have authority to enforce the provisions of this article by expulsion from the grounds or arrest.
