§ 24-9. Unlawful intruding on premises.

  • It shall be unlawful for a person to enter or remain upon the premises of another without the effective consent of the owner or occupier of the premises. A violation of this section shall be a class C misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00).
