§ 24-4. Advertisements on vehicles.

It shall be unlawful for any person to fasten or attach to or upon any part of any vehicle, any notice, sign or advertisement without first procuring the consent of the owner of such vehicle. Nothing herein shall be construed to apply to any governmental employee pursuing the performance of his duty.
