§ 24-18. Skateboards; Roller skates.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally or knowingly operate a skateboard on the streets, sidewalks or public rights-of-way in the area described as the area between and including 19th and 25th Streets and between and including Water and Church streets.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally or knowingly roller skate, including in-line skating, on the streets, sidewalks or public rights-of-way in the area described as the area between and including 19th and 25th Streets and between and including Water and Church streets.

    (c)

    The violation of any provision of this section shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor offense punishable for a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00).
