§ 22-42. Criminal docket.

(a)

Each day the clerk of the municipal court shall compile a court docket.

(b)

The docket shall be subject to call by the judge of the municipal court at 8:00 a.m. each day Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays as designated by the city council.
