§ 20-7. Maintenance of street gutters.

Latest version.

No person shall sweep into or deposit into any gutter, street or other public place within the city, litter of any kind including but not limited to weeds, grass, or leaves from any building or lot or from any public or private sidewalk or driveway, or street. Persons owning or occupying property shall keep the sidewalks and street gutters in front of their premises free of all litter, including but not limited to, weeds, grass, or leaves.
