§ 1-3. Status of existing ordinances.

Latest version.

The provisions appearing in this and the following chapters and sections, so far as they are the same as those of ordinances existing at the time of the adoption of "The Code of the City of Galveston, 1982" shall be considered as a continuation thereof and not as new enactments.
