§ 15-63. Reports.

All persons issued a private collectors franchise shall at least once every three (3) months furnish the director of public works a complete listing of all premises from which they are removing garbage and trash. All said franchisees shall upon request of the director of public works furnish a list of collection points and furnish sufficient information, including any other information required to be furnished under their franchise, so that the frequency of collection on any given account may be determined.
