§ 15-42. Hours of placement for collection.

Latest version.

Refuse meant for collection shall be placed in alleys only and not earlier than 4:30 p.m., nor later than 5:30 p.m. Any item not so placed in accordance with this section shall be deemed litter and the provisions of this Code applying thereto shall be applicable.
