§ 15-25. Recycling fee.

(a)

The fees to be charged per calendar month for the operational and administrative expenses of the city's recycling division are hereby fixed at one dollar and ninety-six cents ($1.96) per month.

(b)

Said fee to be applied to:

(1)

Individual utility billing locations for individual water meters; and

(2)

Individual utility billing locations where irrigation meters are the only form of water service.
