§ 15-23. Churches.

Latest version.

The fee to be charged to churches for garbage and trash collection shall be a fee of twenty-two dollars and eighty-four cents ($22.84) per month which includes the issuance of two (2) carts. A monthly fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be assessed for each additional refuse cart distributed to a church customer.
