§ 14-79. Remedies not exclusive.

The remedies listed in this article are not exclusive of any other remedies available under any applicable federal or state statute or regulation or as provided under any other applicable section of this Code and it is within the discretion of the city to seek cumulative remedies as well as both civil and criminal remedies.
