§ 14-33. NPDES or TPDES permitted industrial or construction activity discharges.

A person commits an offense if the person is subject to an industrial or a construction activity NPDES or TPDES storm water discharge permit and fails to obtain such a permit or to comply with all provisions of such permit. Proof of compliance with said permit may be required in a form acceptable to the administrator prior to the allowing any discharges to the MS4.
