§ 13-18. Penalty.

Latest version.

A violation of any provisions of this chapter shall be unlawful and a class C misdemeanor offense punishable by a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). Each day a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense.
