§ 12.5-6. Malicious prosecution.

It shall be an offense under this article for any person to institute, file, or to cause to be instituted or filed, any claim, complaint, or request for investigation pursuant to provisions of this chapter, that is frivolous or is filed with intent to vex, harass, injure or embarrass any other person. Any claim made pursuant to this subsection shall be first made to the commission for review.
