§ 12.5-5. Discrimination in the provisions of brokerage services.

It shall be unlawful to deny any person, who is otherwise qualified and/or entitled, access to, or membership or participation in, any multiple-listing service, real estate brokers' organization or other service, organization or facility relating to the business of selling or renting dwellings or to discriminate against the person in the terms of conditions of such access, membership or participation, because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, gender identity, sexual identity or national origin.
