§ 11-20. Scope.

All graves, gravesites, lots, plots or other real property, interments, bodies or persons dealing therewith, concerned therein or claiming any right of ownership therein located in or occupying in any cemetery in which the city claims ownership, legal or equitable, or which the city maintains or controls shall be governed by and shall conform with the requirements of this chapter and state law.
