§ 11.5-6. Application of chapter to city-owned facilities and public transportation facilities.

Latest version.

All facilities, including parks, playgrounds, transportation facilities including buses, trolleys, ticket, boarding, covered or enclosed waiting areas of public transit depots, buildings, and vehicles owned, leased or operated by the city, shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter.
